Necklace length guide

Lengths are the full chain, clasp to clasp. Where it sits depends on the wearer, but these are good rules of thumb for most adults.

Length	Where it sits	Good for
16 in (40 cm)	At the base of the neck	Choker look, petite frames
18 in (45 cm)	Just below the collarbone	The most popular choice for pendants
20 in (50 cm)	A little below the collarbone	Layering, larger pendants
22 in (55 cm)	Top of the chest	Men's chains, over sweaters
24 in (60 cm)	Mid chest	Long pendants, taller wearers

Buying as a gift and unsure? 18 in is the safe choice for women, 22 in for men.

Good to know

Upload a clear, well-lit photo (a close-up of the face works best); the sharper the original, the better the finished result. Jewelry care: keep away from water, perfume and household chemicals, and store it in a sealed pouch when not worn so the finish stays bright.

Perfect for

Memorial gifts, anniversaries, birthdays and Halloween or seasonal photo keepsakes.

Made to order just for you. Free personalization, a preview before we craft it, tracked US shipping and our 45-day guarantee.
