Nature of our products

Fondkeep sells personalized gifts that are manufactured to order using text, dates and images supplied by the customer. Because each item is made individually for one recipient and cannot be resold, the statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply to customized goods once production has begun.

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description — those are covered in full by our Return and Refund Policy, including our 45-day promise. You may also cancel or change any order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, provided production has not started.

Pricing and taxes

All prices shown on this site are in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax where we are required to collect it. Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is taken. Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import duties set by the destination country, which are payable by the recipient.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are willing to resolve any dispute directly with you first, and we are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
