Will it arrive in time?

Production time depends on the product: 1-3 business days for jewelry, keychains, watches and small keepsakes; 2-5 business days for lights, music gifts and photo frames; 3-5 business days for apparel, socks, blankets, pillows and plush; and 7-12 business days for brick figures and 3D mini figures. After that, delivery takes 7-14 business days in the United States. The exact estimated delivery date range for your item is always shown on its product page. For a fixed date such as an anniversary or birthday, order at least three weeks ahead to be comfortable.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within the United States is free on orders of $65 or more. Below that it is a flat $6.95, no matter how many items you order. International standard shipping is a flat $9.95. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before payment is taken, and we never add charges afterwards.

Does personalization cost extra?

No. Adding a name, a date, a message or a photo is free on every product. The price you see is the price you pay.

Can I see what it will look like before I order?

Yes. Click Customize Now on any product and you can type your text and upload your photo, then preview the result before you add it to your cart.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where the faces are large in the frame. Avoid screenshots and heavily filtered images. If your photo is too small to print well, we will email you before we make anything.

Can I change my personalization after ordering?

Yes, if you contact us within 12 hours and production has not started. After that a personalized item cannot be changed, because it cannot be resold to anyone else.

What if it arrives wrong or damaged?

Send us a photo within 45 days of delivery. We remake it free or refund you in full, and in most cases you do not need to send anything back.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand and selected countries in Asia and the Middle East. Delivery outside the US takes 10-20 business days for Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and up to 25 business days for other destinations. Import duties, if any, are set by your own country.

Can I send the gift straight to the recipient?

Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. We never include a price or invoice inside the parcel.

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. Tracking can take 2-3 days to start updating. If it has not moved after 7 days, contact us and we will chase it.
