Track my order

Every Fondkeep gift is made to order, so your parcel moves through two stages. Here is where it is and how to follow it.

1. In production (1 to 5 business days)

Your names, dates or photos are being printed, engraved or stitched right now. Brick figures and 3D mini figures take 7 to 12 business days. You will not see tracking updates yet, and that is normal.

2. On its way (7 to 14 business days in the US)

As soon as your gift leaves the workshop we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to start updating while the carrier scans the parcel in. International orders take 10 to 20 business days.

Paste the tracking number from your shipping email below. It opens a universal tracker that follows the parcel across every carrier it passes through.

You can also open the View your order link in your order confirmation email to see the live status of your order.

Can't find your tracking email?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it has been more than 5 business days since you ordered (12 for brick figures) and you still have nothing, email support@fondkeep.com with your order number and we will reply within 24 hours with an update.

Tracking has not moved in 7 days?

Email us and we will chase the carrier for you. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit we remake and resend your gift at no cost, as promised in our shipping policy.
