This is our registered business address, not a returns address. Please contact us before sending anything back — in most cases you will not need to return anything at all.

What to include

If your message is about an existing order, please include your order number and, where something looks wrong, a photo. That lets us resolve most cases in a single reply instead of three.

Need to change a personalization?

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we can change the spelling, the date, the photo, or cancel the order entirely at no cost — as long as production has not started. After that a personalized item cannot be altered, because it cannot be sold to anyone else.
